I saw this technique on Splicoaststampers by Chat. Her card is beautiful. She has a tutorial posted on her blog here: Window Frame Tutorial
I used a little larger opening than her tutorial and I think it looks okay.
Paper: Basic Gray, SU old olive, watercolor paper
